Boss killing isn't S+ tier but everything else is around A or A+. Sadly, because of the attack speed nerfs on lacerate itself, it gets tricky to use it on another ascendancy. You'll need a shit load of attackspeed for it to feel good. I think raider can also do a dodge variant but why play virgin raider when you can play chadiator?

I did start this season for the Lacerate build. I had some struggles at first but after some time I got used to it (I am a newer player). This build is fun and Lacerate is so satisfying skill when you have the attack speed. Ty so much for your detailed and high quality build guides. I really enjoy Lacerate.

I feel like you undersold how absurdly expensive Ice Shot is going to be this league. With everyone going bow, stuff like the Lioneye jewel will be insanely pricey. The real question is whether it will be able to scale you to the point where you're earning enough to pay for all the important stuff like that. Otherwise, some good recommendations. I'm tempted to try out the storm burst build since I've never really used that build. The standing still thing seems like it might be a Bad Idea in a boss league tho...

He took Lioneyes out of the Build completely and the rest of the alternatives he mentioned are considerably cheaper than a Hyrri's or Voidfletcher.

how many people are really going bow? EA and BA both look kind of shit and so do the ballistas in general. I think the biggest reason the ice shot build might be bad is that dying sun and voidfletcher may be super expensive, and I think the build feels kind of shit without either.

You can literally do high red maps with rares and a tabula with ice shot. By that time, if you have been smart about making currency, you should be able to afford one of the chase uniques or more. Dying sun is a pretty high drop chance from shaper as well, check out grimro's recent video. The most expensive thing will probably be hyrris ire.

I took your ice shot build an ran with it making another ice shot to try a different variation. start was bad game kept crashing every 5 mins but seems stable now dunno why it was doing that. i love ice shot an ele hit my two favorite skills for bows i cant wait till an ele hit build pops up imma be deeeeeeeeeeep in that really what i want my main to be an my currency drinker is ele hit. your work is amazing an i will continue to support your work i have a few questions on ice shot but they can wait.

And then towards the end mention some other builds that aren't your own that may be solid but don't neceserally 100% recommend.

Molten Strike is a great potential starter, just a tiny bit trickier to gear than Lacerate. They are also buffing it further this league by adding an additional projectile! I'm impressed by the details. Thanks for all of this. Storm Burst will be my starter. Few things I noticed about Storm Burst: 1. You didn't mention Inspiration Support nerf(it's still great I think). 2. You didn't check "Is the enemy chilled?" in config. If you do Hypothermia is slightly better than Controlled Destruction. 3. You didnn't mention Awakened Added Lightning Damage Support which I think would be worth considering. 4. We should use Awakened Lightning Penetration Support only if we go for different rings. Or maybe you had Added Lightning Damage Support on your mind?

so i did the lacerate build and it works...decent im lv66 and kind of died to lv4 boss on a legendary map but i think it will get fixed once i max out ...i was also experimenting with replacing lacerate with reave just to get free onslaught from the jewel...but the range of it is kinda short Also tried rage support on totem and phase run on cidt
