1 fun way I have been playing Hatz is as a fisher. Go to places like Sharptooth Marsh pond and Ripple Beach pond the water is just shallow enough where you use peck Barrage to catch fish, frogs, and turtles

You know, something I've noticed is that his Barrage isn't NEARLY as oppressive as it was, and all they did was make it have a cooldown. A small tweak to the damage and stack timer and I think it'd be perfect. And yeah, I agree with the Raptor sentiment, much like how we'll see less Iggy and Ient because the metachasers are gonna dip off all of those once they realise they're gonna have to actually try to get kills. Pycno has been the only dino who's ever avoided that activity drop, but with the charge changes I'm sure the spergs'll leave him in the dust just like they did with Pachy.

Yea you can really take advantage of it's cooldown now which i love personally, makes it less about jist standing there spamming 1 button mindlessly xD Meta-slaves will find another i am sure xD

One thing I can say about hatz is that it has a flight profile of a brick. The turning is bad, and if you hold anything you just fall.

Yea, i am using ALOT of precision movement while flying to fight with it and avoid falling xD

Pretty sure it is supposed to turn bad. It is a huge flying reptile. It needs to be cumbersome in the air.

@@NLance yea, i enjoy it's flight personally, still a brick though xD If it's flight were better we would have the problem that quetz has for being uncounterable once you learn how to fly peck xD

Hatz are absolutely fun to play but I could not do the aerial strikes your doing on mobile i just end up in the water 😅 awesome flying Hunya :D Was fun fighting two Hatz as a baby rex one i died to due to my stupidity the other either got bored because they realized I would kill them or lost me in the bushes gonna post it once I've reached adult hood.

either i'm crazy or the stam peck isn't able to be used while flying on officials... i swear i have tried three times and i can only use it on the ground. i hope i'm just crazy and looking at the wrong peck each time lol

No idea xD We have different views, i usually play alot of officials, looking at survival over getting a kill most of the time. He seems to excel more in 1v1 duel style fights from what i've seen. Where as i will happily just walk away from a 1v1 and let them follow me if they like :)

Dang, why sacrifice your stab and peck barrage for baby/small tier killing? Well, tbf, hatz's turning and accelleration is too bad to hunt apexes.

I swap out grab for stab depending on my mood. Stab and peck barrage sounds like a very grounded hatz and from my experience that also means a dead hatz. I enjoy the aerial hatz style keeping my peck to get more stamina, its also fun trying to do flying pecks, it aint easy but it is very rewarding because of it's difficulty. I refuse to use peck barrage xD
