Hey Krawll I just wanted to give you a heads up that the Ano didn't bleed because it had the alternative crouch ability! Rather than insane defense it would have had the ability to move crouched (as it did) and becomes pretty immune to bleed 😅 it wasn't going to be a win even in a 1v1, kentro just can't with ano but GG 😂

I could give an entire list of kent tips as a kent main but I'll just give some of my favorite battle tips. Running laps around big guys. In the lambeo fight I would've kept the lamb on the other side of the bars as much as possible and only focused on the pachy. Bars can't keep up, lambs fast but staying close and wasting it's stam is really good. Focus on staying juuust out of range. Can sometimes get them to hit eachother doing this. Alternating between walking and sprinting. You will waste less stam doing this. Any chance you can, just walk, take your time as kent. You have all the stam in the world. You do not need to run far from most slower enemies, keeping them mid range from you is key. Lastly if you have to match up against a small or midtier playable. Just stand still or walk. You easily can just stand in place fighting 1 conca or 1 pachy. Alternate between walking and small sprints for these fights. They can't handle your bleed. And if you get 1-3 swings on one? Just target them. Run them down and walk them down as much as possible. That's prime damage. Don't be afraid to just stand still and get stam while fighting something like a pachy or conca. They really can't do much and getting one swing on them and then walking/short sprinting after them is really good. So in fights like the lamb fight I would only focus on killing the pachy and just play cat and mouse with the lamb and bars. Loved this vid! I rarely see other kents tbh so I'm always excited to see fights with them cause they're honestly pretty fun. That meg definitely ruined the fight pretty hard though. They can be pretty scary to fight.

Thanks for the tips and yes the Meg ruined the fight. I would've been able to at least run away and survive without the Meg there but him plus the pachy on top of everything else that was already trying to chase me down, just became too much.

I'm not a big fan of the Kentro's spike ability. So far my experience using it has been pretty underwhelming. It takes a very long time to cast it so you can't just cast it whenever you want without giving free hits to your enemies. Once it's activated you are slowed so even if you deal more damage, if you fight several enemies they can get more hits on you because you're ability to dodge hits is reduced and then your ability to run away or chase is also reduced. Also the fact that it only lasts 45 seconds and has a HUGE cooldown makes me wanna play too aggresively while using it because i want to maximize my damage as much as i can during those 45 seconds and that causes me to make mistakes. It's either that or i end up completely wasting those 45 seconds and getting maybe just 1 or 2 hits with the boost before it's over.

I really enjoy your videos, definitely my favourite POT KZbinr right now. I like that you mostly play solo, on official and your editing style. The little speech pop ups are super funny! I also have a similar mind set as you as well so can relate to pretty much everything you say! Looking forward to joining the community server and hopefully I can take part in at least one of your events. (I’m from the UK so not sure on timezones). I also have had problems with Kentro’s attack not connecting the hits as well, and most times it would stop sprinting mid-fight whilst I would try and attack-like it’s stuck on something. But that could just be a console thing! Hopefully these issues and more will get fixed in future, the game is still in Beta after all 🙂 Keep the videos coming! Your hard work with creating this content is very much appreciated. I also feel like my combat is getting better after watching your videos, so thank you! 😄

Fighting a mix pack just drains me. Fighting 2 is fine but killing one brings a tons of back up and a never ending loop until your dino dies 🤷

A little thing about the charged tail attacks, I personally think the one for Kentro is one that's actually worth having; it's not as slow or cumbersome as Anodonto (and it ALSO doesn't need to stand still and crouch for the entire fight haha), so it can potentially actually run after something slower than it in order to land the attack. Of course that's just my opinion, charged attacks aren't for everyone!

Sauropod dino next! 🦕 Whipping enemies so much with your tail you'll be hearing "Whip it" by Devo... Croc match - Good warm-up fight... 50 v 1 match - Annoying fight, enemies were coming out of the wood works... Duck and trike match - Unfair / "There's nothing else we could do about it" fight. Allos and raptor match - I would definitely call this a win. Might have a chance to kill the Allo at the start, but his shadow clone pops up. So being outnumbered and then escaping them is a win. I would prefer this a much more satisfying win than the one with sty. Kentro duo match - You've put up a good fight. Ano pack match - Funny and a bit annoying match. Funny coz those anos were persistent and of course the cliff thing, you got wwe clotheslined by the ano. Annoying coz there were at least 5 tail swings that should have hit. Lag/Connectivity issue maybe? 🤔... Sty match - Good fight, unfortunate that the sty got away though...

As I expected, this was such a fun video hahahahaha. I was on my nerves with that two allos and the raptor, and gg for the ankys. A thing about charge moves man, rex uses stam for his charges moves, but I'm pretty sure kentro doesn't, either stego and anky. Test that out, but I'm almost sure it doesn't. That tail attack that hits the ground (ankys) that definitely consumes stam

Thanks ! Ok maybe they don't consume stam for the charge tail but i still don't wanna use it. It's super easy to bait a charged tail and dodge it. I don't think i'm ever gonna see any benefits to it. No one ever gets me with any charge attacks so i'm completely unable to see it being good.

The toxicity of mixpackers and kos will always make me lose faith in humanity but the determination of anos.....its so ridiculous '-' ggs krawl thou as always keep going ! Also when you were wondering why anos dosent ran off of stam yet its because they actually have a decen good endurance and stam pool also its regeneration is not that bad so they can travel the map like this for days , this is why most ano players i have encounter use this technique , they know you will ran out before them (if you play something slower or have a slower stamina pool then them ) and so they will run you down , bone break you when you have no stam because they still had plenty , the time they got to you and so they will bone break you and smash you to death.....also simple tip to you krawl or any player on official servers , if you tend to come accross any dinos with a full albino or black skin (example in the video the two fully white albino kentros fight ) , well expect them to attack you 99 pourcent of time , thou not all players who have this skin on their dinos is like that but on official ALOT of them tend to kos and such.

I've had the same tail attack issue on the Kentro too. I guess it's just because of the hitbox and server latency? Anyways, what usually works for me is simply attacking a bit earlier, i.e., when you're running up to target instead of when you're by their side. It's a bit funny though, definitely something the devs need to look into.

Yes there is a lot that the devs need to look into lol! I don't know how many times i click for precise movement and doesn't register, same thing with auto run and now even with tail swings. In a PvP game, keys have to be responsive it's like the most important thing.😅

I agree it doesn't make sense but they don't usually attack like that in the questing zones. This mostly happened in SLL and GLC which are hotspots for PvP. When you go to SLL and GLC you have to go there with the mindset, "i'm probably gonna die" !🙂

The map i was on is Panjura which was the first map they made, you just have to select this map to play on it. The map you're talking about is Gondwa and yes in Crater and Green Valley, usually people are pretty aggressive.

I went from being a mod for That A-Hole Simply to meeting you Narsku Lowkey and Veloci and now YellowTone. My history with this game has been crazy ride so far. Imagine being a Alioramus main and dealing with this mix packing with only 400 health and 3 mins worth of Stam. It’s so hard to be a Alio solo player 😢 I will never understand why they nerfed Alioramus so hard. They cut its Stam from 300 to 150 and health from 500 to 400 which just sucks nowadays when you can’t even outstam or beat a Metri solo. I have tried I always lose unless the Metri is just new

I am not a fan of any of the charge up attacks from any of the dinosaurs who have it. I even mentioned in the video while fighting the Ano's :" This is why i don't use the charge tail, you see how many times they hit me with it ?? None ! " The Ano's kept charging it up and they didn't hit me a single time with it. The Croc in the beginning use charge up bite many times and failed to hit me too. The only people that this will be useful against are new players who don't know much about fighting in PoT. Any medium skill player and up will know how to bait the charge attack and go in as soon as it's released. I know because i'm a medium skill pvp player and that's exactly what i do 😉

Right now i'm playing on Official servers only. I haven't rented a server yet, this will happen once i reach my next Milestone which will be once i reach 10 000 subscribers. The server will be opened to everyone unless i'm organizing a special event which is reserved to my subs only or things like that but i don't know about that yet.🙂

It will be American server because i'm in Canada but i will pay for the best performance possible. I don't want to rent a cheap one and have to deal with rubber banding so i'll invest in the best possibly quality available. For the most part the server will be the same as an official server but mods might be temporarily added for special events and i do have some ideas for events which would involve certain mods. I want the server to be something i will use to organize events mostly but we never know what it might turn into. My channel is constantly evolving based on the feedback i receive so the server will more than likely be the same way 🙂

Yes it's very annoying and frustrating on the moment but to be fair it pretty much only happened at SLL and GLC which are super hot spots for PvP so they very often get taken over by mega packs who attack everything that comes close.

Hey I play on PS4 anyone know why in community servers it takes so damn long to load any time you try to get in a server it always has to download whatever mods the server has and checks the mods before it'll load and takes literally like 20-30 min to get into a server and half the time it'll drop out/lose connection and then you have to wait again to get back on the same server 🤷🏻‍♂️ im wondering if maybe missing something like maybe there is some way to get all the mods downloaded or not have to wait so damn long to get on modded servers idk is that just what it is with modded servers? Because on regular multiplayer servers you just load right up and your good but no mods I don't think and probably not half the Dino's you have on modded servers and the worst of it all is no passive growth what so ever that's why I want to play community servers I've even found a few I played on and enjoy a bit but every time I first load up takes forever going through mod downloads and checks and when you disconnect gotta go through the whole long process all over again I don't get why it takes so long just to be able to play on community servers 😢 please anybody please if you know how to fix this or what I'm doing wrong id SERIOUSLY appreciate it I love the game and wanna finally get some adults grown and enjoy the game also maybe I'm not losing as much as I think playing regular multiplayer servers just passive growth and special Dino's? I'm very sorry i only play on officials and i'm on PC so i don't know what could be causing your issues. The only time i connected to a modded server i didn't have any problems getting in and playing, i only left it because there were too many rules and i could see the admins just constantly telling people they can't do this or that in the chat so i left and never went in another community server ever again after that.

I wonder if they added a debuff for being next to the other side (herbivore next to a carnivore) without attacking them or something along those lines, would it help with mix-packing?

It would probably help stop mixpacking but it would create other problems. People should be able to be next to each other without necessarily being aggressive to each other. It should be possible for a Stego and a Dasp to be in the same zone and both questing on their own and minding they're own business without caring about each other, i just think that they shouldn't care about helping each other if either one of them gets attacked or if one of them starts a fight with someone else. The debuff or penalty should only come if the two are truly cooperating but then how can you program the game to recognize that they are cooperating VS just being near each other. It would be impossible . Plus if there was a debuff just for being near each other, this would encourage the adults to troll the younger ones by just going near them to give them the debuff for no reason.

You didn't win a single fight, except that last fight where you went neutral with the trike. Are kentros weak? As someone who is a new player deciding what to play, I liked the kite style of Kentro alot. But I also don't want o be frustrated in playing a dino that just gets constantly ganged up on or whose best case win scenario is that the attacker runs away and you can't catch them. This isn't a dig at you, but me thinking Kentro isn't designed very well. It LOOKS like they want things to attack them, they want to kite things out with bleed, but they don't have alot of tools to kill confirm other than their better than average speed and stamina.

I won't lie ! Kentro is not my favorite dino, it's one of those dino's i have never been able to do good with. Some people swear that the best build for it is speed.... i always play defense . Also, in this game, as a solo player you will struggle no matter what you play so unless you enjoy the struggle, don't play solo. I actually enjoy the struggle.

@@KrawllUnchained ya but this is also open world pvp psychology in play. Players want easy skill less wins, so in any scenario that is 3 people facing off they will gang up on 1. And almost always the weaker one. Well, someone who is running away always looks like they are weaker and unfortunately Kentro's are strongest when they are running and kiting away. Cuz if they are chasing then they are kinda weak. I think that's why you always get ganged up on. Kentros always look weak cuz they are usually the one's running. I honestly think that with a playstyle that can just be shut down with a dino walking away....kentros need to be stronger...but again, this is just coming from someone who has been watching gameplay footage and deciding which dino to use

So playing this for 3 days now, I have to say I love the game but the quests give me a headache. I have a smaller t.v. so seeing the map and text is awful. (Not their fault.) Now I thought the Black Ops and Left 4 Dead community were toxic. These players make me miss them. I have been KOS so many times. Most if them right after spawning. No matter what species, then you get tea bagged. The trikes/styracks are the worst for it. I started playing it like a stealth game. Collect stuff, run from bush to bush, collect more. My packy "syphillis" saurus is sub adult now. You don't know how many times players have passed by me while crouching in a bush. Also, the fighting mechanic is horrid on console. I'll get it down though. I'm drinkung milk--and one day I'll be big and strong.

Ha ! Cool comment, i love it ! Someone who doesn't quit and finds ways to get around is definitely my kind of person :-) It really just means you're learning how to play the game. This game isn't meant to be played where you just roam around carelessly and assuming that everyone will be friendly. If you see another dino who's bigger and has the potential to kill you, assume that they will and if you did nothing to even try to prevent it, then you're the one to blame for dying. When you're a baby, you don't have a choice but to navigate bushes and listen for stomps all the time. You figured that out the hard way but you did figure it out and you didn't quit and i respect that 100%.

I know about the Lambeo's healing ability but in this case, my only option was to fight. Running was not an option since they were speed Kentro's. They were faster than me and had the same stamina pool as me. I was doomed no matter what.

I really love this game, but the pvp is one of its downsides. If you aint grouped you lose. Its not even like otjer MMOs where people might join you to help if your losing, the more people show up the more outnumbered you are. Everyone wants a free kill and who cares if they get it in a 8v1. Then these are the same poeple mad at apexes cuz they're "too strong"

3/4 of that server was trash . Your right they wouldn't 1v1 cause they can't pvp. Same on all public servers.
