Its a bug, thats the sound of a juvi-early adol rex dying. Smth is goofy with its soundfiles which cause it to play the baby death sound instead of the adults.

It protects people’s names, and what they say. They may say something that we don’t need to see. If they allowed it no be covered that person could also take offense to it. Also it’s more about gameplay and not reading is what assume.
