Why would a cheater making guides willynilly in a game with active community. If i see something i don't understand i would ask first before jumping into conclusion lol. This game has its own flaws in glitch that can be exploited like hamel ecb. But about the damage, clearly you don't pay attention enough on the RoD buff chosen in the video. Hope that gonna motivate you to learn and understand the game better

Yes, it counts as ultimate, it also works on Eirene's passive
