I have a case that has not yet been diagnosed even though four years have passed since the first symptoms. Treatment of PUVA and treatment of ECP did not help. I have a summary in English of all the findings to date from all the tests conducted. Is there anyone who can try to reach a diagnosis or a direction that can point to the disease? I would like to find an outside expert to read the data summary.

Isn't pathology getting out of hand? Like every other day there's an update happening in one thing or another? Like its too much for a general histopathologist to keep up with everything.
