It is fair for India to receive payment. However, there shouldn't be too much pressure from powerful leaders. If Bangladesh has started to pay, that's a positive step. But if these payments are being made due to pressure from India, it may not be a good sign for future relations. Now, Bangladesh may have no option but to rely on either China or the US.
