Cracking at 22, Rank 18, in first attempt, from AIIMS, nothing special. Every year somebody gets rank 18, somebody cracks in 1st attempt, somebody from AIIMS. What's special is resigning within 2 years and having startup. That's what differentiated him. It's quite risky.

The most funny thing is that Roman Saini didn't take any coaching from any coaching centre especially from Unacademy but cracked UPSC in his 1st attempt just by studying the books and notes from internet and now from his coaching centre many students don't get selected in UPSC, so the main thing is self study for UPSC now these coaching centres have made such an atmosphere and show as if without coaching UPSC is not possible but the funny thing is the founder of these coaching institutes didn't take any such coachings from any institutes in their time 😅 ........
