Also process technology is pretty complicated to develop and only TSMC has the best advance node process rn. Not even Samsung or Intel. So before talking you need to do a research about front end and back end semiconductor manufacturing.

It's a bad location. They will struggle with engineering talent and end up in the same spot as Ford. Ford's decision to set up in Sanand sank them. They left the country in losses and sold the Sanand plant. But they still kept the Chennai plant and still supply parts from there to the world over. Everyone wanted to buy the Chennai plant but Ford wanted to sell the Sanand plant. Gujarat is not known for engineering talent. That's the bottom line.
