If I do this will I not be going to downgraded from 7 to 6 ? And will it affect my visa as I am already in Australia for 1 year.

But now in south Australia 30 hours a week of work is required to do skill assessment which a student can’t do due to work restrictions. Is there any other option ?

To do a skill assessment? I don't believe you need post qualification work experience in order to pass a skill assessment. You may be referring the the state requirements for nomination

Would that be a problem in the future after finishing the diploma of nursing and apply skill assessment also 190 or 491? That's required on any country though. In my country, nursing students start going to the hospitals on their 2nd year. Without those vaccinations, you won't be allowed to go with the rest of the class to the hospitals.
