Possibly - it was recorded at the International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival, whose website is here: www.gsfestivals.org/find-out-more/ If you contact them and ask them if they still have a copy of the Grosvenor Light Opera Company's 2013 Patience they may be able to rummage up a copy to sell you.
