Many people use cardiac ultrasound as terminology to describe a limited but focused ultrasound of the heart. Echocardiography is a term used to mean a more comprehensive exam of the heart. Echocardiogram is an electrical tracing of the electrical impulse that courses through the heart causing it to beat.

Yes it's an echocardiogram. Cardiologists would call it a Limited echo. Full studies can 30min to an hour
