In 2018, I was diagnosed with end-stage kidney disease, and I was terrified. The doctors told me my chances were slim, but I didn’t lose hope. Every day, I prayed and asked God for strength. Along with my medical treatment, I started following a simple habit of drinking a specific herbal tea my grandma used to make. I also kept a detailed journal of my blood pressure and creatinine levels, making sure to stay active and hydrated. It wasn’t easy, but my faith and determination kept me going. Today, I’m healthier than ever and incredibly grateful for the second chance. God truly works in mysterious ways.

In 2016, I was diagnosed with stage 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) with kidney function at 15%. My nephrologist recommended a low-protein diet, and within six months, my creatinine levels improved from 6 mg/dL to 4 mg/dL. I now manage my condition through a strict diet, daily blood pressure monitoring, and regular exercise, including yoga. Every three months, I see my nephrologist for checkups, and my recent tests show stable kidney function. Living with CKD has taught me the importance of a balanced lifestyle and a positive mindset. Meditation and mindfulness have been key to staying grounded. Despite the challenges, I feel grateful for my progress and support.

Back in 2018, I was told my kidneys were failing, and it was one of the scariest moments of my life. I started following a strict routine: measuring my blood pressure daily, taking my meds on time, and avoiding high-sodium foods. I also prayed a lot and leaned heavily on my faith. Fast forward to today, and my doctor is amazed at how well I’m doing. My creatinine levels are stable, and I have more energy than ever. This video perfectly captures the importance of those small, daily habits. Thank you for sharing this incredible story!

I lost the love of my life he had been in acute kidney failure for approximately 18 months. He ignored a lot of the signs we went to bed one night and he went into complete cardiac arrest. I did everything I could to get his heart started again, but I know that the symptoms that you were describing here or how I lost him in June 2022 he lost his appetite. He was falling more frequently other family members were attributing that to his alcoholism, and that he was hiding being drunk he was not drinking not to the excess that he used to do but I’m sure his years of abuse had led him to kidney failure. Thank you for posting this.

Sir in grade 2 fatty liver how much mg of blood sugar will increase in the blood. For eg normal pp sugar is 140. In grade 2 fatty liver how much will be the pp blood sugar approximately
@PureNutrition1013 ай бұрын
In grade 2 fatty liver, the impact on blood sugar levels can vary. Fatty liver disease itself doesn't directly cause a specific increase in blood sugar levels like postprandial (PP) sugar. However, if there are associated conditions like insulin resistance or diabetes, blood sugar levels can be affected. It's important to monitor blood sugar levels regularly and consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice. Have you discussed these concerns with your doctor recently?

I’m on treatment and medication, and I have an appointment on July 2 with the Nefrólogo and see what’s going on , I’m feeling lost because they said I can eat everything, but I been looking for information about this condition and all I know is that I need to do an antiflamatory diet but I don’t know how 😢
@PureNutrition1013 ай бұрын
It's understandable to feel overwhelmed when navigating dietary advice for kidney health. While it's important to consult your nephrologist for personalized guidance, generally, an anti-inflammatory diet for kidney health includes limiting processed foods, reducing sodium intake, and focusing on fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats like olive oil. Have you discussed specific dietary recommendations with your healthcare team yet?
@GiselaGaytan-zd1pk3 ай бұрын

Can one come off dialysis once started??
@PureNutrition1013 ай бұрын
Absolutely! Whether someone can come off dialysis once started depends on the underlying cause of kidney failure and the individual's overall health. In some cases, kidney function can improve with treatment, allowing for dialysis to be stopped. However, this varies widely among patients. Have you or someone you know faced this situation?

What is the cure for kidney cysts.
@PureNutrition1013 ай бұрын
For kidney cysts, treatment depends on the size, symptoms, and whether they're causing complications. Small, simple cysts often require no treatment. Larger cysts or those causing symptoms might need drainage or surgery. It's crucial to consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice based on your specific situation. What other questions do you have about kidney health?
