Dear itz an awareness video, they can't be gentle, because of good friction and rubbing is the best practice to disinfect the skin before the incision. If not there might be a higher chance of getting a surgical site infection, It doesn't mean to hurt anyone Thanks Infection Preventionist

Why was hernia site not shown.how would ones dignity be protected when the incision cut is so close to that persons genitals.due to have a hernia soon how will my modesty be respected.?

Why is the belly button considered dirty? Because it's a hole or what? Every hole is dirty. Doesn't matter if mouth, butt, vagina, urethra, nostrils or even the ears.
