The combo of a weekend and a full moon (A.K.A. ED shift from hell) brings out every "mythological and sci fi creature" known to man... Had a guy convinced he was an alien spy on a covert mission on my last one a few weeks back. Told me all about his "home planet", had to stop him eating plastic, and security spent the night trying to convince him that he couldn't actually climb the walls like Spiderman. That's what happens when you swap your antipsychotics for magic mushrooms... 🤦♀️😂🤷♀️

The doctors were actually written so well here, not dismissing a patients delusion and instead, playing along with them until their health can improve is honestly one of the best things that can be done! And then afterwards of course, if the delusion may end up causing harm to the patient they can then refer them for psychiatric help, but until then making sure the patient is as calm as possible and willing to listen to you should be the priority.

This is an occupational injury for a health care worker. They do the first blood test at the time of potential infection and then again at multiple weeks incubation for Hep C. Then they can prove he got this case because of the bite and didn’t already have Hep C. Then any occupational insurance coverage if necessary would apply while they treat the Hep C. This also applies for HBsAg (Hepatitis B) and HIV.

To anyone wondering the teeth are probably veneers or fake teeth that you can fit over your regular teeth, you can easily make them or just order them online. They come with something called spirit gum (?) and what you do is you put the glue in the fake tooth and push it onto your regular teeth and wait about 20 minutes, then you can just pop em off once the glue has dried and then they fit your teeth everytime
@elliehenderson4902 жыл бұрын

I see the vampire couple as having many major issues their teeth, the overgrown cuspids, could be the result of hypodontia, a teeth alignment disorder, they also have xeroderma which is a disorder where the body can’t consume a lot of ultraviolet light which is what the sun provides it’s rays with, and the biting/blood consumption could be cannibalism. This is my theory on why they must think they are vampires. I also find it quite interesting that they were able to find a counterpart with the exact same conditions
