Very useful material. I was on 30 mg phenelzine for many years, but as this is now unavailable, I've been encouraged to switch to 20 mg Parnate. Sadly, very few psychiatrists know how to manage this process and any information on doses is really helpful.

How about social Phobia and anxiety....... ? I have just got the medicine and will start taking it soon. I’m a little bit scared. . I hope it will work for me. Cause I have tried over 20 medicine now. The doctor told me to start with 10 mg in the morning for two weeks and then take 10 in the morning and the other 10 mg about 15.00 in the day. . I think I understand how you mean. Is it okey to start that way for me ? Also heard that if you would feel A bit low , is it okey to lick on something salty , salty candy? Or liqourice ? What can be taken for insomnia I already have it but after parnate it becomes almost impossible to sleep? Is doxepin good for it ? If yes then how much 10,25,50,75 mg. Please reply. Or any other drug for insomnia which we can take with it.
