Love it love it 😍! I can’t seem to get my epoxy down right, it feel tacky a lil afterwards. I do the weight by volume and I even tried the weight by ml on a kitchen scale. The epoxy I use if the fast set artistry
@CourtneysCustoms2 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! When I measure my epoxy I put part A and part B and separate cups of course but I just eyeball each cup to see if they are even then I will mix part B into part A. I mix for about two or three minutes. Then I let it sit for a couple minutes to let the bubbles rise to the top. Then I pop the bubbles with a heat gun and apply it to the tumbler and then pop bubbles with the torch

That's cute. Love the camo effect over the glitter. Both of my kids are "dirt and glitter" types (my boy loves glitter so much) so it's a perfect decal.

Amazing. I can't afford to buy the paste. Do you think using acrylic and adding a touch if cornstarch to thicken it would work almost as well. Courtney thank you for sharing your time and talent and all the inspiration you so sweetly give. Your cup of positivity really hit home with me today. As always hugs Sheryl 💙🎨💙

Aww thank you so much Sheryl💜 if you want it to be super thick like these, then yes I think that would work!

@gourdhead22 I found a few videos on KZbin to make paste paint using glue, baby powder and acrylic paint. Also, mod podge, baking soda and acrylic paint. Just search paste paints on KZbin. I'm kind of on a budget myself, and can't buy everything. So I need to come up with cheaper ways to do projects.

I saw a video you had done and used a desk vacuum to clean up your glitter. Which one was it?
Love it! Thank You for sharing! I’ve noticed in your videos you work out of a shed. I would like to ask a few questions if that’s ok. Do you keep your computer, printer and machines in there all year long? I guess what I’m asking is if I leave my printer and laptop in the shed if it will get ruin in the summer time given it’s so hot in the shed. Also how do you get power to your shed extension cords or what do you use? Do you keep your expiry in your shed all year wi tbh put it ruining? Thank You in advance for any and all help. I’m looking forward to your next video
@CourtneysCustoms2 жыл бұрын
Thank you!! And to answer your questions, yes I keep all of my equipment in here all year long. My cameras my laptop my silhouette. I also keep my epoxy in here and just all of my inventory in general. In the summertime I have a window unit running in here and in the winter time I use a small heater. My stepdad did all of the wiring to install electric. So honestly I’m not exactly sure how he did that lol
@natoshiamendoza25152 жыл бұрын
How would it work doing the shed thing if I didn’t have a window unit? Is that part absolutely necessary? I’ve been thinking of relocating my set up but I don’t have power out there yet to run the ac! I love watching these videos you’ve been very helpful in my journey!

can you please please make a video with a step by step , like how long you wait in-between coats when you say " 2 coats of epoxy" i never know when to do a second layer .. do i wait till its fully dry or at a gel like state? how hard to sand.. .( i am a heavy handed person ) how many coats it normally takes to make one tumbler because i feel like i use too many coats and then i find myself stripping my tumbler and starting over :/ oh and how to fix mistakes ?
