Nice job, Ravi. So cool being able to build things which will remain for a very long time, especially when you've milled, dried, ripped the lumber yourself. Better yet when the trees are from the backyard.

Thank you so much, i'm a true amateur but eventually i get to a novice. The piece came out pretty nice, some friends are asking for one which is exciting. Milling is addictive, i'm chomping at the bit to get back to it...

@@Ratherbemilling yep ... Milling IS addictive ... even with just a chainsaw-mill! If only I'd known about & had better funds available eight years ago, I'd have jumped straight onto a Peterson Swing-blade!

@@paultaylor7691 I got lucky and realized I loved this stuff so dived right into the purchase of a mill. Still have my chain saw mill, for larger logs I can't get onto the WM. The Peterson was really cool, my only reservation was getting support from the company in the event of an issue with the mill. WM has been extremely helpful and stands behind the product.

Any company as big as Peterson (global) would support a customer who invested in their product, particularly in the US as it's such a vast market. Anyway, that's academic now for me and, from the issues with your blades/tires, it's a good job the company stands behind you now! Roll-on better milling weather!
