Hon’ble judge sir is adjudicating the cases & educating the state machinery on What is law and how to prepare and present the case before the court.On the other hand He is also taking confidence of both side advocates and also officers. He is summoned the officers to Assist the state legal counsellors. They also able to put the exact point of law in the cases. Unfortunately many of the state advocates unable present the cases properly. Doodh KA doodh , paani KA paani ho raha hai. I seeing a good legal training session on Patna High court Benches. Public appreciate the Hon’ble C.J. Of High Court and alsoRegistrar general for making a good video facility. Hats off to the Patna High Court.
