I have friend from Bihar whose father migrated to Maharashtra when I asked about why he told it's not because of poverty or lack of opportunities but because the general category people are literally being persecuted for being good financially and good in studies I mean just look at 65% reservation. The quality of students and teachers is very downgraded if this continues then Bihar will become a hub of incompetent people who got their job and education because of unfair laws like reservation. The problem is the timing of the judgement. And why there is no clear system abour reservarion, the EWS already violated Indra Sahani 50% cap, also in Tamil Nadu there is already 69% reservation. At least make a clear framework for reservation so that those who need it, get it effectively.

If a general category person buys it, they'll also take seats from the general pool, despite being undeserving. So ultimately, it's your loss.
