As a beach-focused tourist, I prefer to be able to easily walk to the beach. Hotel Indigo is my go-to; a fantastic property with great staff that is just steps from the beach. About a 10 minute walk to Bangla, so you don't get the noise, but you can be in it very easily if you want.
