Opie became very insecure and unstable because he felt he couldn't keep up with the funny. BTW this was never his role once the show turned into the "comedian hangout show" that it turned into. The fans had to blame someone/something for the decline in the show's quality.... especially when Ant was let go. The easiest target was Greg, and a decent amount of the blame is on him for letting the fans get to him. From the outside, Ant was by far what held the funny of the show together of the 2. No one can deny that. But look at Ant now, try as he might he cannot hold a comedic show together even when he has went through some of the funniest guys around. OnA was a classic radio show that will probably never be matched because of Opie's knowledge of how to manage a comedic talk show and Ant's pure comedic talent.

Or if the show, while it was still intact, wasn't better then Howard on average, that'd also be a point. But neither of those things are the case. So I don't really see how Howard won. Funny how right they were about Stern. 2 year after Sirius and his show was cooked and became unlistenable

Patrice never said I agree to pay my staff out of my cut. Boy corporate muthafuckas are horrible. Just because you say something doesn't mean I agree to it. He said I want these guys on this staff. And e lo said ok you'll pay them from the fees we give you. That's not an agreement lol

@2:06:00 omg Opie's lame childish attempt to appear he's so above Howie and ALWAYS ends up sounding like a douche...if they're so much better than him why are they dedicating time to him for nearly 2 hours? No wonder Patrickee doesn't emit a sound....
