Clutter is the physical manifestation of chaos in your mind. Think about areas in your life where you've been feeling stuck or stagnant lately. Now take a look around you. Can you see a connection between your home office being turned into a junkyard and your frequent inability to produce the quality work you know you're capable of?
In part 3 of this 6-part series, Patrice shares her thoughts on protecting every “space” in your life and how setting up your life to support you can make the difference. This is the backstory on why time really is money.

Maybe I listened this episode about 5 times and I have realised that when my sounding is filled with stuff I literally can't function!!! I mean I love having a clean space, but not in an obsessive manner but when I feel so grumpy and confused, I look at my surroundings. At my work place my work station is clear from clutter to the point where ma coworkers wonder if I am resigning. Clutter is really a visual manifestation of confusion in the mind. I am being helped by you so much. Thank you sis ❤

I am doing this always as I need to work and it is not possible like something tickles me? Then I know I need to go and make some stuff. Either swipe or clean my desk, clean the dishes something! It helps as hell and the motivation and freedom and relief is always coming my way afterwards.

I've always been organised and liked my space clean and tidy. When I was a teenager I would sanitise everything, my desk at school every day, the inside of my closets every week .. Keeping myself clean has also always been very important for me. I feel like I can't be myself if I don't feel fresh. But I realised that sometimes it was counterproductive ... I couldn't go to sleep if I hadn't finished cleaning the house, I couldn't focus on something else if things were not done. Sometimes it's important to be able to get most of your work done and also be able to rest, even if you haven't had the time to clean, or organise your dressing room, or run your errands ... I'm definitely sensitive to the space around me, and I've always felt that, but couldn't really understand what it was.. so I would just keep my personal space as clean and tidy as possible.. Now I've managed to talk myself out of this ocd, and understand which are my priorities. But I still believe this is very helpful and one of the reasons I've kept a clear mind, one of the reasons I understood from an young age that I wanted to seek wisdom and to find my true self. It's been a journey, but things are consistently getting better and better in my life. I even found you know to inspire me on wealth 😁😁 Just wanted to share my exact view and experience on this topic. Thanks for everything you're sharing, can't wait to read your books! You're absolutely wonderful! 🤗

I guess I have a different outlook. If your space is not in order you usually would not have anyone around. I tend to flow well in a minimalist environment. However, it gets frustrating when you have a limited amount of time to go shopping, do a project or designated task and have to fit all of that into a small window to keep the flow of your professional responsibilities.

I was seeking to find why money is such a struggle with, I knew it had to be more than just spending but a mindset. I am extremely happy that I came across your postcast. I saw you first on building black wealth. Yes, I do believe that clutter creates a problem. Thank you so much.

I apply this to my work space, but never thought this is why my home is in disarray. I'm in the process of moving to a much, much smaller place and if it doesn't make me happy or have a place it's not coming.

Hi. This is good.. My mom always tell me this. I been on online school for years. and just piled up papers, she gave a bin to keep them, folders, and even her paper holder even then I found boxes to put them. She keep saying that Les brown says clutters means something in not right mentally in fact he kept saying this is poverty mindset. I can quote him exact but it is close. I need to start.
