Amazing. Yes it’s a neutral pallette, but it’s an amazing new invention. Truly. I bought it and can’t believe how wonderful this is. It far exceeds anything I knew as makeup before! The colors and how they go together, and how they melt right into the skin! (Instead of sitting on top as most makeup does.) I have never had a pallette with colors so flattering. It’s gorgeous and it goes on blended, no lie. 2:46

I find it surprising that one of the colors wasn't rosy-leaning, like a rosewood shade, given how appropriate it could be on eyes, cheeks, and lips.

You're review of this palette is probably the most helpful and thorough one I've seen. Thank you for that! I'm still undecided on this one. It certainly intrigues me but realistically I don't think I have the creativity (or the time tbh) to sit there figuring out what combos will work and where best to use a shade. I mean, I can barely use the products where I'm being told precisely how and where to use what haha! So, tbd whether or not I'll buy it. One question/comment: I think I remember Danessa saying the pans can be removed? But I can't recall if it was the large shade & smaller shade pans removed separately or if the cream and powder pans for each shade are just one larger pan with both together. If the pans are, in fact, able to be popped out I wonder if they will eventually sell each shade pan individually as refills. I think that would be great! But I'm just speculating since I don't remember what she said about the pans popping out. Again, FANTASTIC video!

I have been watching review videos of this product because I just ordered it. You are not alone in wanting the powder to be on the bigger side than the balm. Other reviewers stated the same thing.

People keep saying it's not for the everyday user. It's not for people who don't play in their makeup. But that's not a lot of us. I love mixing so this palette appeals to me. I would use all the colors. People often think how they do things is how everyone does things.

Thank you for reviewing this. I've seen 2 creators review this palette & the first impressions were poor. I'm thinking that there was a quality control issue with this launch because they complained about a scent to this palette which wasn't something you experienced. Did you notice anything about how this palette smelled? I think using natural hair brushes helps a lot with these formulas, which seem to be harder to pick up with synthetic brushes.

what a great video! it’s a delight to see you experiment and take risks with a new makeup piece! I think maybe after the storm of new releases quiets a little, you could make some more videos where you explore different and unusual for you techniques and products and maybe overall makeup styles. not so much for the looks, rather for the process, because it’s insanely enjoyable to watch your creative experiments! your look (of course!) turned out great and also your brows are beautyful both ways, filled in and as they are

I know your question was directed towards the poster but perhaps my 2 cents would help. In my experience I returned the Patrick TA as it didn’t make a huge difference on my eyes compared to the other neutral palettes, but the danessa myricks I reach for daily because it’s more versatile and the cream base seals in the powder shadows . Plus the packaging on the Danessa is heavier and it feels more Lux. Just feels like an all around more interesting thing to use.

If you are interested in only using it as eyeshadow I would do PATRICK TA but if you also want to use it on your face then this one has that advantage.

I wanted to love this so bad! The formula was awesome but I like really natural makeup and was having a hard time finding colors that would work for my super fair skin. I wish she had made a light-medium palette and a deep-dark palette in terms of colors. I ended up returning this, sadly. If you have a medium and darker skin tone I think you would love this.

I don't get how you should get into the small powder shades with a brush for using it as bronzer or contour. Apart from that, there are many shades, that an end consumer usually doesn't need, because you usually only need one shade for bronzer, one for contour and 1-2 for eyebrows. This palette might be nice for MAU, but as many of her products, I don't really see this for an end consumer.

I think this would be a great palette if ur an MUA or if u don’t have a big make up collection. But if have multiples of bronzers, eye shadow, eye bro products etc, I would be concerned it would be a waste esp bc the bigger shades are cream. The shelf life seems accurate in that sense as I don’t see the creams lasted longer then that. Esp if u rotate ur collection.

I have no interest in this palette, but enjoy your reviews 😊. This is not practical for the everyday consumer. I would not want to figure out what shades to mix to get a good bronzer contour, etc, when getting ready. The putty formula with powder next to it...and those small pans for it all...pass. 😊
