Beautiful word! Probably 15 years ago I woke from a nap trembling and weeping at His presence. He did not appear and His voice was not audible but I heard Him in the Spirit say, “the next revival will not be by a man or a woman or a child. It will not be by a name of a church. It will be by me.” The Lord me praying for Unity for the body of Christ almost since the time of a visitation of Holy Spirit which was 13 years before that. I know this word is truth and I wait on the Lord to bring His glory upon the earth. Where wrongs will be made right and hearts will be mended. I think that we can be true believers but still be very immature in our ability to allow love and compassion trump our differences in the we we perceive one another and respond to one another. Ironically, for me it took decades walking as a true, dedicated believer to rid myself of a sense of condemnation against Christians whose characters allowed them to hurt and shame others. Once God highlighted to me Jesus' instruction, "Do not resist an evil person" (Mt 5:39), I began to see how much resistance was in my heart. This allowed me to repent of the moment to moment resistances that rise up in me and war against unity.
