Patrick and Robin 7-27-06

Robin's parents, Robert Scorpio and Anna Devane , are in town supposedly to see Robin. Secretly they are on a mission concerning Alcazar. Robin and Patrick are on the outs again and her parents decide to 'help' her out. They decide to question the two love birds.
Patrick and Robin continue to bicker until they meet a patient that changes their lives and also reminds Robin of her past.

You got to give credit to Robin, she may not be a surgeon, but she’s just as skilled in that OR and just as needed. So years later when Lisa suddenly popped up acting like Patrick and her challenge each other, Patrick needs her , blah blah blah...he survived many years without her....🤔🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I love Epiphany she’s so calm need to see but your hand Dr. Drake get it flushed out, Robin is so emotional...For anyone that had not watched the show in the 90s when Stone was diagnosed with AIDS and Robin with HIV, these clips are so important to understand why Robin feels the way she does.

I love Patrick so much! JT's such an amazing acter. I wish that we would see him more than once a month instead of seeing Jasam all the time. When we see JT, Elizabeth, Anna, Maxie, and a good balance of characters, I feel like I'm watching General Hospital the way it should be. When I see Jasam/Mcbain and the OLTL characters, I feel like the show is so disconnected. Get it together writers! I want Patrick! lol!

The writers forget and sometimes the actors forget b/c they have endless lines, but the true fans do not forget. There are so many s/l that are not what happened the first time around and then when re-told are wrong

The writers messed up here: Alan didn't call Robin into his office; he went to Sonny's penthouse where Robin was staying with Sonny and Stone so he could personally deliver the news to her. I wish the writers would watch old clips prior to writing new stories.

I don't know if it was really an honest comment though, because I don't think he was really being honest with himself as he was falling for Robin. Just a few days before this, he was freaking out when he saw Robin with Nikolas - it's clear that deep down he wanted Robin all to himself and not this open relationship that he claimed he wanted. I think the comment was supposed to show his inability to commit of his own volition, even if he had stronger feelings for Robin than he could admit.

lexi219 I think he was terrified these are uncharted waters for Patrick. he’s never been in love. he didn’t even know what it feels like...so to suddenly be jealous or feel insecure about the relationship with a woman who he just figures is a sure thing, as an unknown for him.. Sometimes the writers got things right

I see so many people mentioning that a lot of the inconsistencies in the story from what really happened in 1995 with Stone and Robin, to what Robin is saying right now, which is kind of confusing to me. because maybe she didn’t remember Kimberly what her character said. Anyone that was watching in 1995/96 knew Alan came to the penthouse to tell Robin. I always wondered if Kimberly remembered that, did she go to the writers and say hey that’s not really the way it happened. it’s definitely different writers that were writing in 1995 then were writing in 2006

the head writer for this episode robert guza jr aka the killer of the reaal general hospital was a writer as far back as 87. They are always making little mistakes like this and it makes no sense. you would think they would have a research team to remind them of these things.

@@bru9244 Yes odd to me because the inconsistencies make no sense but you would think the characters the people who betrayed and will remember but I’m guessing maybe they don’t I will say I like the character development they did with certain couples like Robin and Patrick and Maxi and Nathan I guess that was under Guza. From what I’ve seen about him though he had a very dark writing style and it’s kind of eerie for a soap. I understand regarding Jerry or the Cassadine’s but some of the stuff he got away with he deserved a bitch slap...

I've caught many tiny mistakes over the years involving Robin/Jason, Elizabeth/Jason on what their characters say. You have to understand by the time they speak their recent lines, they have probably already gone through thousands of pages of dialogue and the fans remember their faves, but the actors aren't going to remember everything, especially when they are just going off the script

It was always said when he first came to PC, he slept around a lot. He did try with Elizabeth, Emily, and of course Carly, but when he was waiting for his diagnosis and he didn't want to infect Robin with a new strain if he was infected and spoke of having to wait 6 months, but she said something like have you ever gone 6 months without sex? Much less 6 days? Apparently, he was w/several before Robin at GH and a few off and on until he said he loves her

They only had him & Carly (probably b/c she pushed Robin's buttons) and she was the only female that didn't care if Robin was upset. All the other Dr & nurses were basically invisible and unimportant if he slept with them. If it was Emily or Elizabeth or even Kelly, that would destroy the female friendships.

I’m confused, Patrick has gloves on because he’s inside April’s head who has end-stage aids, but he take the gloves off hands them to Epiphany. She doesn’t have any gloves that makes no sense...
