Fantastic story. The part about damaging/hurting the guy doing the splits was saddening. The sensei, losing then winng was inspiring. Sensei Okano teaching outsiders was Judo spirit. Thanks for the talk.

Isao Okana was one ot the best, I had the honour to train with im in Germany . seikijuko. Did he not run into trouble because he supportet the ideo of Anton Geesink to use white and Blue Judogi in contest to make Judo more understandable and esier for the referees, ?
