My sister Priscilla sent me the link for this video, she is disabled by a stroke and always amazes and inspires me by her strength and perseverance. This story about Patrick is phenomenal and awe inspiring as well, especially to a parent with two healthy, talented children. I am an orthodox Christian and in my religion we say that god sent an angel to that family and the raising of this angel makes the family holy and opens the gates of paradise for all of them. This IS truly an inspirational story! Although Patric is an amazing person, I was in awe of what his father does with/for him, day in & day out. That's what a true hero looks like. After watching Patrick/family on EHM I'm trying to find words that are good enough for people like this and there just aren't any. Patrick is the most abled person in the world; he's a genius + a child prodigy, his music and voice are astounding, an amazing speaker his words about life are the most profound I have ever heard. Something that stuck me was the comment early on in the peice where you wonder "why us?" Had it been anyone else, Patrick may not have been presented with the opportunity to have a piano.. to have the ability to realize his talent even existed.
