Very misleading title. There is really no writing process here at all. This is the how-to-distract-yourself-from-writing-with-a-charity process. Great stuff, but not what the title promised.

He uses tons of Beta Readers. Like, more than usual. He comments about this in multiple other videos. He also, rewrites his books/stories multiple times to thin out the plot points and get specific details arranged in a way he enjoys.

I don't know why all the complaints. He was quite clear his process is "go to the madness place; come back with writing"... sounds fair. I came really, really late to this party, like years late, and it's freakin' hilarious all the worrying about when book 3 is coming out. He said himself the story is finished, just needs polishing. If your complaint is that he isn't directly "teaching" you how to write then you aren't listening at all to what he is talking about. His explanation of his charity and other things embodies his writing. He's teaching you quite a bit. Like any good professor, he's not holding your hand through the process.
