I listened to this song a lot this summer, when I was back home, in south of France. Where the light always makes you feel like it’s the golden hour, and all you can hear is the cicadas and the wind. Where all you can feel is the hot breeze on your cheeks and on your thighs. It’s almost erotic. I’d listen to it when we were driving. I live in a small village and you have at least a 15mn ride to get anywhere. So I’d put my headphones on, open the car’s window and close my eyes. And we would drive fast, all alone in the world, feeling immortal. Just us and my home land, the place I love most on this earth, the place where I feel safe. If Paradise exists after death, I hope I’ll be driving there, listening to this music for the rest of eternity.

Driving through beautiful/nostalgic views and listening to incredible music is one of the few feelings that i believe comes close to what heaven might feel like. I dont think I can truly put the feeling it produces into words. Maybe a sense of weightlessness. Or freedom. I drive through my hometown, which is already very scenic, with my dad who I'm really close with. I sit in the passanger seat, and sometimes wish that I could hold onto the moment and live in it forever. Sometimes, when I'm struggling or in a dark place, I think about the feeling it stirs in me. I close my eyes and imagine myself there, in the car, watching the world move by in blurry colours and shapes. It really helps. I know, that in my last moments on this earth, I will imagine myself in that car as I go. This is a good fucking song.

Breaking down Your days are getting longer There's a yellow glass dragon who's chasing you around Sit your head on a silver jet stream while the smoke is rising over your thoughts and your dreams. Watch over you, you watch and fall down. Your nuts and bolts are all over the ground. You get up, get up You get up, you get up Something's leaking It leaks from your eyes where all these tears past the problems Stop wasting your words from around as you're running out of thoughts as it burns, burning out Watch as the flowers, thrones and winds spills close as it whispers away You get up, you get up, get up You get up This is for me to sing along with lol. But for everyone else as well.

@@rebeccapolanco9332 i viewed the video really sad actually. It always makes me cry. I see it as a robot love story. The small robot gave their “heart” to the lady robot. And she danced with the love until it exploded. I see the ball with weird noodles coming from it, as another robot. The ladybot dances for it, and you can see it also come alive with love. But the short robot looks left behind. Isn’t that love tho for as us all

I think that's something you have to realise when you listen to music like this, it's subjective, not everyone understands it enough; what it means, what it's saying or even the actual musical choices. It's weird, whatever the hell that even means, the fact is that the vast majority of people aren't gonna' prefer this kind of music.

@jacoborwin65794 жыл бұрын
I wish they rerecorded this song so the lyrics were audible. Like maybe it was intentional but it kinda sounds like they fucked up the mix a bit. Its a reasonable mistake too- he normally sings in harmony so you can hear the quite singing over the music, but this songs vocal lines follows the same lines as the root notes, thus making it a little hard to hear.
