Absolutely Stunning is right. Everything you put your hands to turns to gold. You have a first class production here, Pat. It is one thing to have a drone but I can tell that you have a great eye for capturing beauty with it. The views are awesome in their content, color and perspective. Your choice of music is perfect for the grandeur. So peaceful and moving. You have surprised me again. Sixteen hour nights, rain, sleet and snow, gusts, 1000 foot elevation change over rock and water, hauling all that weight: You are one tough "old" mountain goat. I am glad your tent straps saved you for another day. I decided that if I lost the Internet, it would be your productions that I would miss the most. Really. I'm not just being friendly. You just keep getting better and better.

@@patrickdickinson6492 I remember walking up on Bleaklow back in the eighties in foggy low vis conditions and ended up doing something like that? I was heading from Yellow slacks at the back of Old Glossop towards Ironbower Moss with the intention of walking back to Hadfield along the Longdendale trail. I somehow or other ended up emerging at Slippery Stones at the back of Ladbower Reservoir. Once you are up on that plateau in fog it is as featureless as a desert. Thank God for smartphone GPS these days as you can get an instant location fix. Do you remember 'the Bogtrotters' from the Sheffield side?

Cheers Pat, Another belter from you, the drone work was spectacular ! That food looked mouth watering as well. With the bad weather and being perched where you where, made it really exciting . Must have been really worrying about going to sleep. I'll be watching this one quite a few times , like I do all of your videos. Brilliant stuff Pat, Thank you.

I think you had an adventure there Pat. The tent looked like it was stuck like a limpet, no worries about being blown off. The drone shots also really showed the dramatic landscape well. I've never been to Kinder scout, but it's on my wish list now Thanks Sandy.......Bye then:)
