I’m not a big fan of playing in the gym because I don’t wanna loose my membership if I get caught but I love to pick up guys there. This happened a week after turning 18. This super muscular and hairy daddy was across the room and I was throwing eyes. He started throwing eyes too which was the first time this happened to me at the gym. I saw him head to the locker room and so I went too. We changed, watched each other undress and dress, and both started walking out. Right before we left the locker room he put his phone in my hands and said put your number in. I ended up going back to his place for the rest of the evening ;)

I don't have a gym with those types of amenities so when I go to Vegas, I highly enjoy the clothing optional spas so that I can at least subtly look when guys are coming or going.

A friend of mine got caught by gym employee - who was livid and homophonically irate and disgusted. Employee basically yelled at my friend and his new gym buddy all they way from getting dressed to the walk of shame out past reception and outside! I was at a gym in Sydney which was in need of renovations. Then on entry to the mens change room it was as if someone had spent a million dollars - brand new tiles and cleverly designed shower cubicles - private and group - like some fantasy section in a Gay Cruise Club. They had their priorities in the right place when spending the gym renovation budget.

At my gym (as well as a previous one I belonged to), they don't have shower stalls -- just one large (or not so large) gang shower room like in high school. Six shower heads in one of them, 8 in the other. Everybody and everything fully on display, soaping up and rinsing off. You'd love it Patrick. 😉😘🌈

Let me share my funny gym story. I belonged to a gym in Denver and was a regular. I had several "gym friends." This one guy I got to know at the gym was right up my alley. He was nice, funny, and sweet. I took the big step of asking him out for lunch since we are finishing at the same time. He accepted. We went to a nice Thai restaurant. We were getting to know each other better and I decided to ask if he was seeing anyone. He looked at me smiled and stated no he does not have a girlfriend. I confessed that I thought he was gay. He said no. We had a great lunch and went out separate ways. And yes, he still spoke to me at the gym. My gaydar must have been on the blink.

I like my gym too much to do anything heavy there but I use the sauna to show off and check out the goods and if there's chemistry I'll just be like "Hey I'm gonna grab a shower but I'd like to get your number if you wanna meet up sometime outside of the gym" and that usually works unless they're closeted married guys who are just up for semi-anonymous fun.

Oh God that story is so mortifying I would've stolen a hoodie from the locker room and snuck out lmao my old gym was great for this because the showers actually didn't expose anything--the doors were opaque enough that you couldn't see inside, and there were no slits in between the door and the wall if you shut it all the way, the bottom wasn't open, and the sauna was right next to the showers. There wasn't a steam room, but it never mattered because for some reason the lights in the sauna were always out so it was only one dim light or even only the light coming from the shower area outside lol I was shocked things like this even happened there. My town is gay friendly and there are gay men here, but it's definitely not a city and I would've never guessed things like that went on there

Many many years ago when I was about 22 years old, a couple of new gym buddies asked me to join them in the sauna for some fun. I said I would think about it, but I never took them up on their offer. You see I have cerebral palsy and I use crutches. I was afraid that I might fall and injure myself on the slick floor leading to the sauna. I am 65 years old now, married and in the closet. I think about that missed opportunity often. I think my life would have been totally different. Why didn't I just express my concern to my new friends?! Sigh!

The only experience I had in a non gay gym was when a married Mormon grandfather (hot and well muscled to be sure) just started groping me in the hot tub. I was shocked because that was the first interaction we had---no eye contact, no conversation, etc. But hey, I just went with the flow. And it led to a brief (and very discreet) relationship in the outside world. Still think about him on occasion because he sure was great in the sack.

It’s easy for me. Before I met my fiancé I would just turn on my Grindr while working out. I’m a regular at my non gay gym and I’m lean/shredded but not bulky. Most guys don’t /didn’t realize I’m gay based on my physique. Being a dark skinned pretty boy was a slight hint though. I got so many “straight “ guys who would have me meet them around the corner and if they were hot (most were) we’d usually have a hot makeout sess. It’s crazy bc it happened multiple times. I even had a stocker (no I’m 100% not kidding) who would follow me around the gym and message me. I eventually had to tell him he wasn’t me type but it didn’t work lol. I switched gyms and obviously blocked him on Grindr. I’m more asexual than anything so sex and oral does nothing for me . This is why I had so much luck with straight jocks bc after asking multiple my answers were almost always the same. It’s because you (me) are very handsome and masculine so it’s ok to try makin out with you (in their minds that didn’t make them gay). I sometimes do miss having Grindr and being at the gym lol. My thing was a hot makeout with other clean masc jocks. Great vid btw

Exactly the same thing happened to me, exactly with same emotional reaction, at the old Toronto YMCA. Differences were that the room was filled with steam and there were only a couple of small door windows looking in. So the attendant, a young guy, had an agenda. I had all the fear you had, plus maybe possible arrest, which he was threatening. Outside I was silent accepting his lecture abuse, but inside I was fuming. He actually got my Y membership canceled and I had a “record” with the Y that took a few years to erase.

Women do it too. Have you heard of Gym Thots? Straight men do it as well. Ex. A > Straight guy eying a certain women in the gym as they work out noticing ever so slightly how her boobs or butt bounces as she runs on treadmill and how cute she looks. Trying to see if she might be noticing him back as you get done doing sets on the bar bells.... That's basically what gay cruising them accept as opposed to a dinner, date, getting a number you get a 😛🍆🤯or more.

Funny video, yet again. I gotta tell you, the Minneapolis downtown YMCA was heaven. The hottest guys went there along with everyone else, and I consistently had hot sex in the showers, jacuzzi and dry sauna. I even met a boyfriend there and a guy who coached me in my Portuguese. I was constantly astounded how easy it was to have hot sex with really hot guys despite it being a YMCA. The gay gym in Atlanta was also amazing. I forget the name of it, but there were clear shower partitions and it was very common for guys to expose themselves before they entered my totally closed stall. Gee, I think I'll start going to the local gym again, now that COVID has tapered down a bit.

Great videos as usual but missing Cris. Planet Fitness doesn't seem to have steam rm/saunas/whirlpools. If you're taking topic ideas, can you do one about guys with broken gaydars? I came out a decade ago (I'm now 53) and I still have not been able to detect all the little signs, unless I'm in TO's village. I just stare away if someone looks at me because I assume they're straight (again, not able to detect gayness). I've always known that looking at a straight guy can get you into physical confrontations so I don't hold any gaze when someone looks at me, at the gym at least where testosterone runs high. Yeah, I know, counter-productive. PF is not exactly known for gay clientele like Goodlife Bloor/Yonge or Central Y. Changing gyms isn't a practical option but learning how to tell if anyone is gay/gayish without having a gay buddy with me, would be very valuable. If you want to delve deeper, then how do gays guys deal with guys with broken gaydars. Thanks ps. More Pats & Cris vids, please. That series is awesome

Wow ! Gym cruising ! ... like parks, cars or public. (maybe this leads into your over 40 videos). I (mostly) met a guy at one of these places and then took him home or his place. I'm a big advocate of 'Beds'! and showers, lube, soap and not too heavy scents. I did have a bad experience in Vancouver, BC. I met a guy on Scruff (?) who said we could mess around at the upscale area of the Sauna(YMCA). [ Why ? ... there are, at least, 2+ nice bathhouses in VYR ] We got busted and got interviewed by a staff member typing in my WA state ID info ... but I got up, took my ID and walked out -- what could they say/do ? Of all cruising venue types, I’m the most fearful of gyms for obvious reasons of getting caught. Also, to me, if you’re going into it with horny brain, you wouldn’t be focused enough on working out - at least if it were me. It’s for sure a buffet of better looking guys than other cruisy spots but the prospects of getting what you want are too risky and that paranoia alone ruins the appetite. If it so happens that something happens after a genuine workout, cool..but it shouldn’t be a place you walk into hoping to get off. That said, heard many success stories either of guys hooking up at the gym or getting numbers but there’s just something about it for me that doesn’t sit well lol. Lastly, I think the thrill of gym cruising for most gay men are the prospects of finding a straight dl guy which lots of us fantasize about. To me if it’s other out and proud gay guys cruising each other at the gym, I feel your local bathhouse is practically the same in its offerings.

Other possible ideas to "get noticed" while unclothed: have an interesting tattoo in a provocative location (it doesn't have to be large); OR get a provocative tanline with a speedo, micro-bikini or thong and be sure it is seen (locker room, sauna or showers); OR if you have a pierced nipple (or anything else that is pierced) 😉 , be sure to REMOVE the jewelry in the locker room BEFORE working out, and then REPLACE the jewelry in your piercing after showering -- doing both actions with maximum performance drama. All of those suggestions above are good "conversation starters." Hey, it works for me. 😁🌈

Was the gym Crunch? In Sunset Plaza? I think it’s on the corner of San Vicente and Sunset Boulevard. I remember the shower stalls had translucent glass on the side facing the lobby, and was even backlit. You could definitely see peoples reflections or silhouettes in great detail. I recall a fair amount of gym fukery goin down!

@@PatrickMarano Haha yup. It was out hand 24/7… never so many people reading ‘treatments’ in out spot, outside of the Coffee Beam down the street. Out on the gum floor we were all equals. They really tried to make it a ‘safe’ workout experience. however in the locker room they were very clear hierarchies. You either bathed on your feet, or pleased on your knees. Nary a boner made it out of there alive. Lol 😂

Usually in the sauna I show some bulge and catch if someone looks. I do a quick touch to see if someone looks. If they do the same game on. In the shower I leave the curtain slightly open and you might see across and someone doing the same. If ur both passing glances, its a good chance somethings starting.

I've seen perfect places but apparently nobody gets it these days. And pandemic killed a lot of amenities in the gyms. I know places where you can't shower after a workout or swim, and the younger crowd is perfectly okay with this because they never shower after workouts they walk home sweaty or get in their car sweaty. I think it is so gross. I'd never get in my car all sweat soaked. Just like they say everything woke turns to poop. Gyms with no facilities are poop now and yet still want people to pay for memberships.
