I so appreciate the tutorials💖. You always look fabulous. I have a mocha complexion with sparce brows. I also suffer with dark circles and bags underneath the eyes. I stay away from attempting to do a liner underneath the eyes or smokey eyes in order to not draw attention to the bags/puffiness. I'd love to see you demonstrate techniques on someone with that kind of problem to remedy the appearance to form a flawless look.
