hey guys, this is konrad, CEO of STRENGTH WARS! there are some issues around at the moment i want to tackle in this comment. first of all i want to say thank you for your support through all ups and downs of our association. you are the reason why we exist and we know that. some might ask themselves what's the issue with terron beckham. i had a very good call with him a couple of days ago. he's a very nice and down to earth person. the problem with his episode is that it never got completed by the production company in the usa. against claims by some naysayers the reason is NOT that the outcome did not fit our expectations. his opponent had been a 'newcomer' as well so even if we would have interests in someone, which is and never was the case, it would not be someone we don't even know. we apologized for his lost efforts (as well as officially to all people involved) but we are really not able to change it nor where we involved. back to the topic: i suggested to have a battle with him against jujimufu (let those guys know under their videos that you like to see that) and the winner can go against whoever he wants from our cast. Damn the weighted dips really took its toll on Patrik, sadly I don't think strongman do well on that (since it isn't an actual stongman exercise) much less with the injury on his shoulder, still they gave their best. Congrats to both, hope to see a rematch on the near future!

I'm vegan, so, if anything, I should be more biased saying that he's natural - but I'm just keeping it real. He said that he levels the playing field as much as possible and steroids was necessary to compete at his level.

Patrick is Strongman specialist, and strongmen can't do bodyweight exercises very well, it's obvious that Patrick is stronger, we saw on the first parkour where there were no dips, no pull ups, The Anabolic Horse finished with 10 seconds remaining, and Patrick finished with 1 minute remaining. With no bodyweight exercises Patrick is the strongest Athlete no doubt, but in this kind of competition he can't shine.

Aaaaah, i loved thos battle. It was amazing. Not only that the music and commenting ratio was very pleasing, also the battle itself was exciting. I mean, obviously Patrick was in disadvantage at the dips, so it was really exciting to see if he could make it up in the keg lift. In the end i was still very surprised at the putcome.

I don't know Patrik's diet, so shouldn't comment but it's better to get gains from plant based whole foods than overly processed, transfat foods - although both of these can be vegan. That's why it's important, when it comes to health and fitness, to look past the label of 'vegan' to describe a diet. Vegan isn't a diet, it's an ideology. 'Vegan' doesn't describe what you DO eat, only what you DON'T. 👍
