Really nice camera work from 22 minutes... that expanse of land is impressive; all the rigs (and the Polaris) look minuscule in comparison. Looking forward to setting up the X2 and getting rugged with that DMAX in a camping spot like that.

We had the same issue with our trailer (not a patriot) back in 2002 in the NT lucky enough the ranger was a up bloke and helped us out. Keep up the awesome adventures Justin and crew

Hi Justin and friends, epic video, nice place over there and No fighting for camp locations!!! Haha... the only downside I guess is “byow”. Bring your own wood ! No chop chop quick a fallen try to get fire wood. And a bag of dried cow dunk is not really the go for Ozzie mates. Waiting for lifted travel ban and my ticket to UB is booked. Cheers mates

It would have been cool to have brought a little boat and maybe a couple of quads to go with the Polaris. I think you had the man power to have had more vehicles the only problem is getting them to Mongolia. Don't feel to bad about the trailer it was built great anything else and that would have been way worse.

That x1 scrapping made my soul cry 😭. Had something similar happened on me quad! Ended up strapping a log to the axle on one side to inch back to the shed.

It reminds me of an Australian documentary called Motorkite Dreaming. They had a broken axel and pinched a road sign to make a 'skid'... sparks flying on the tarmac (but it saved them). Guys, no worries, there are dozen of tracks all over the places. When you have never been Mongolia especially south Gobi you don’t know. Should see the coal mining sides. 1 Million Tracks run to the Chinese border. Every day thousand of road trains with coal run to China.
