Maye makes mistakes, but he over comes them-or tries to. You can't overcome two key drops in the second quarter to kill a drive-and still could have pulled it off if not for a tacky call on Sow You can't overcome an inept coach who puts his #1 corner on the oppositions #2 WR and stays with that while the #1 WR wreaks havoc. You can't overcome a DC who sends all out blitz's when you don't have a great pass rush and the other team has a very good veteran QB and two great receivers. You can't overcome your WR running the wrong route at the end of the game and being nowhere near where he's supposed to be.

Mayo .. nice guy but no clue.. gotta change the staff. too many small things add up to losses. ..all i have to say is who would take "in overtime" uh wel'll go into the wind. Geez really! Head coach? believe me , he's not the guy. He shows too little "feel for the game" never takes a chance , only goes by the book makes for a boring game and never inspires the team. I also believe it's his fault for not having the team ready at start of the season. The O line was never established as a single machine ..a unified hoard of grunts that are well oiled and work together. No he fucked around trying who knows how many different players and at various positions. That will never develop the camaraderie that make an O line special. I speak as a former Guard, Tackle, Nose tackle and line backer. The O line was my fav and you just got to love being in the trench with the boys.. that's just how it works. It takes a certain breed to love it without the glory. (Call me next camp i'll come show y'all . ) 😂😂😂😂 (Hint: Its all about unison!) oh and feckin sit down the shitty rookie wide named Polk. He is a subtraction.

Guys once again you need to remember this is a rebuild. Drake is only 22 the receivers around him. Most of them are rookies give it time. Let them go, sign a veteran receiver, and draft a tackle. Within two years, they could be making a very deep run in the playoffs. Just think about Buffalo fans. They had Josh Allen for how long now and they still haven’t even won a Super Bowl.

Yup, perspective is everything. As annoyed as I was at that game losing int I have to remind myself he’s still young and has shown some clutchness. The TD to tie the game with the titans with 0:00 on the clock was insane for a rookie. If he can cut back on he turnovers he’s easily top 10

The interception narrative is so overplayed atm. Theres NO difference between an interception and a turnover on downs there. I’d rather we take that shot every time, and get picked off every time, than get stuffed on two back to back runs like we had happen on multiple drives.
