edelman is a legend , was sad when he got hurt, i know how hard he works, but he is relentless and will be back

Lifelong New England native watched Jules entire career, he’s my favorite player (next to Brady of course). Tough as nails and CLUTCH!!!

Dude replaced a Patriots near-legend and surpassed him to become one.

Thrill Mill He sure did. When it comes time for a big catch to be made Wes would drop it and Edelman won't.

even people who believed he could be really good (myself included) if he could stay healthy had no idea he'd be *this* good. guy will never have to pay for his beer in any bar with pats fans. looking forward to getting him back next year, no doubt he'll be ready.

Very sneaky analyst audition, Julian! Planting the "Romo Seed" early...Any Patriot player of note would make a good analyst or they wouldn't be playing for the Pats. J. would be a natural for something like GMFB.

Pats "Ironman" is Brady's best weapon. With him, they would have #1 offence. But Brandin Cooks is steadily improving his chemistry with Brady so I'm sure Jules hates not playing.
@patsnation6547 жыл бұрын
you know I'm right they have tge number 1 offense in the nfl rn though
@MrColeemon7 жыл бұрын
Christian Torres that's the crazy thing they're number one in yards right now without Edelman. With Gronk, Amendola, and Burkhead being in one week and out the other. NE with all of its offensive weapons up and running would be better then 2007....
@GreenOnionBrother7 жыл бұрын
Cold Winter, the problem is that would've, could've won't win them a SB. They REALLY need to improve. Yeah, they have a good record, but they aren't even close to being a SB champion caliber team yet.
@patsnation6547 жыл бұрын
GreenOnionBrother in no way are they perfect rn but by that logic no team is championship caliber, the difference is with brady and Bellicheck its almost certain they are gonna get better as the season progresses and that should be scary for the rest of the league
@GreenOnionBrother7 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I hope you are right. But just to tell you what I mean, the Eagles and Rams are both better than NE right now. They actually are championship caliber. But you are right, the Patriots usually catch up with everyone.

Man I missed Edelman last season,.. he is so relatable to the everyday guy. He is a 5'10, white, upper echelon receiver in the NFL. I mean come on! How much more average to greatness can you get? He's basically the picture of.. if I can do it so you can you.. or at least try harder ;) . Anyhow I was just verifying his height before this and saw a few minute old article that he is suspended 4 games (2018 season) for PED use,.. which he is appealing. No idea what he took or rather is accused of taking but he doesn't need to miss anymore games.

The best receiver that Tom Brady has ever thrown to and that is saying a great deal, no one has ever out worked Jules......ever. Google the word stud and see his picture.

It behooves the NFL to elect him to the HOF. If anything, an inspiration to every kid out there with big dreams and always heard the word no..

Still makes my brain numb to think he was almost a Giant in the 2013 season. Amendola was pose to be welker 2.0 and he was a free agent, NYG lucky enough offered him less than us and well you know the rest.

Welker was a littler, weaker, less clutch, lazier, and slower Julian Edelman. Get better Jules, good luck on the book! GO PATS
@TheradoneV17 жыл бұрын
Wes had better route running ability, his options in the slot are still unrivaled.
@supersayainjesus72047 жыл бұрын
"lazier"? Get out of here! Everything else is right, but Wes put in just as much work as Edelman and faced just as much if not more adversity. Know before you speak.

I love edelman but lets not trash welker he is the all time leading reciever for the patriots, if only he wouldve made that catch hed probly be a hall of famer

Christian Torres That catch was over his head

Evelyn Carpenter no it wasnt it was thrown a little behind him it wasnt a great throw dont get me wrong but thats a catch he makes 9 out of 10 times so it definantly hurt his legacy by not making it but Ill always be a fan of welker and he deserves his respect
