There are also 5 lakes on emerald coast that keep the same respawns. I have 16 males on those 5 lakes and by the time I get back around to the first lake, the respawns are there. Using the air rifle when there are couples close together keeps them from spooking and also allows enough time for respawns because I have to get within at least 140 meters to get a good shot with the air rifle. Got my first GO Fox with this method last night. 1200 kills

I always loved using the pellet gun on fox grinds. Each tick with the hyperion is 50 meters, and the pellet gun always drops them completely or EXTREMELY fast, and Ive had plenty of times where I can kill the other fox because it doesn't get scared away. Truly one of my most favorite guns in the game.

The fox grind is tough, but just like any other grind, once you’ve got your map managed and your foxes figured out, everything just kind of flows. I’ve used the Island strategy on console and it was very consistent through grind 1 ending in a Fabled Peppermint. I don’t do kill counts but I had 20 diamonds, 6 trolls and 12 rares. Just stay persistent with it like any grind and I’m sure you’ll get it. Oh yeah, enjoy all the female rares too!

So I finally decided to do a great one grind for red deer... now after getting one to pop and shooting him do you have to start over? do a new grind or can you pop another by just continuing??? I have 12-15 nines that i haven't shot. a few are crab racks but man i know why they call it a grind lol. Thanks
