I have lived in Tulsa since 1960, and when I heard the Cimmaron was going to torn down the next day, I went down there to see the old building for the last time. The front door was standind ajar and I made my way through the musty darkness to the stage. There, I sang Ghost Riders in the sky. I gave the last performance in the old Cimmaron Ballroom.

Even Loretta Lynn whom has done an awesome job in Country Music acknowledged Patsy's place at the top. I marvel at how she made each song she recorded her song. George Jones made reference to this sometime later, even admitting she took one of his songs and made it her's. George was graceful and bow to her. Never will we ever hear another woman to change Country as Patsy Cline did. Her songs are still played and loved.

I too also found the door ajar and went on stage and sang Alan Jackson's midnight in Montgomery followed by take me back to Tulsa. I believe mine was the last live performance.

A lot of technical glitches, but this album is priceless!!! You'd never guess she had been in a life threatening car wreck just weeks prior!!!

Patsy seemed like a try bada$$💪🏼 A Really normal down to earth goodO country girl, very witty & funny & had a great sense of humor. Patsy Cline was an amazing most talented singer who ever lived :( So sad her life was cut short💔

It’s like, what was God telling her weeks before her death with that other accident that she had with a car? It’s like God was telling her and warning her to hear His voice in all of this, and listen to what He had to say.. But it’s almost obvious that she didn’t listen and didn’t noticed the voice of God and what He had to say to her...

[Miss Doe] Huh!!! Are you serious? Obviously a religious nut-crack. May I suggest you worry about your own salvation. "St. Mathew" ch.7, verse 1--Judge not lest ye be judged. You know, you remind of sorrowful people of long ago, one example being those who spoke out against woman who were raped, using the EXCUSE that God was punishing them for their sins. Kinda reminds me of you!!

@@brgilbert2 Big difference in judging&being a "Nutcrack" and ones opinion and insight!. I agree weather you and others do or not sometimes warnings are sent....Many warnings have been and WERE ignored many accounts of people forewarned about the Titanic and instances about getting sick& not getting on a plane that crashes,So here is yet another "Nutcracks" opinion!.
