@ James Willis- according to the Wikipedia page for Arthur Godfrey, he donated many of his radio transcriptions and television kinescopes to the Broadcasting Archives at he University of Maryland northeast of DC. You might be able to see the video footage there.

I am in the process of producing a video for the Patsy Cline House in Winchester VA, to play on a vintage TV they have there, to be shown to tourists. We have the audio version of Patsy's stint on Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts, where she got her start. I am looking for the video if available; sorry, this is not it. Any ideas? Thanks.
