Everything is good. But u should not soak cabbage after cutting. Entire nutrients r lost. Pl do not wash or soak after cutting.

That’s not right, cabbage has one of the most pesticides and should be washed after cutting no matter what

@rachnap6961 Ma'am, you can separate each cabbage leaf , soak in water for as much time as you want. Then rinse well , cut. Still you want to argue you can.

I made this recipe after reading the glowing comments for this video. I’ve always found patta gobhi sabji quite challenging for some reason. It was always hard to get it right. Not anymore. Your recipe turned out to be fantastic. I can say I’ve cracked the code for Punju patta gobhi. 👍🏻 Thanks for sharing your knowledge here

Your recipes are just lip-smackin good. I have tried some of the veg ones and each time they have turned out to be a hit with the folks at home.
