Hi, Guys. Yes, The start of Dan Dan's bubble tea empire. Good luck to you Dan. I have only been to Pratumnack Hill once when I went up to see the Big Budda I think that was in 1993. I am going to have to check the place out, I am hoping to be able to retire to Thailand in a couple of years and Pratumnack is definitely on my radar. The food looked excellent in that restaurant. I keep saying it, but we are oversupplied with great places to eat in and around Pattaya. It is one of the reasons that I love the place. A great little video Neil.

Always hit Ratanakorn market and the DIY store at the same time. Of course the chicken lady is close by also. I miss Pattaya and Pratamnak. Changes coming in the New Year. Dont tell anyone though, I want it to be a surprise 😂😂. Thanks Nick and Marty and Dan too. 👍🙏

Old Rogues does a sensational burger and chips for 220baht. Best I've had in Pattaya area TBH.

You not tried the burger place about half way down Soi 5 then on a corner near King of Coffee. Excellent value and fantastic. Think it's called I Love Burger
