Hi nick I can't believe they have opened a new indian night club where the famous Marine disco used to be Really we already have enough of them in walking street And no idians have the money to spend money in them anyway Bring back the old marine disco I've always said the best disco for indians would be a 7 /11 Cheap beer

I said at the start it's later in the week I had to chop it up because it was running at 70 mins. 2 20 min vids and 1 30 minute video this week. Unless a proper documentary over one hour is too long. I can't wait for it to open up I know its not a Cheap Charlie place which Martin loves but i do love a proper thick steak or a smashed burger, I'll even try his breakfast which will definitely be over 100 baht more like 200-300 baht but it has to be different than the rest of breakfasts restaurants i.e quality of sausages and thick bacon not the scrawny bacon you get sometimes and cheap cuts of sausages."quality rather than quantity"

No one purchases buildings not even McDonalds it is the leases that are sold. As long as you don't break the contract you can always renew at no cost or sell on as a business.

That’s a huge project to gut out the old Nicky’s…millions of baht too…no wonder they left & built a new restaurant opposite…was prob cheaper…then u got to get good local staff which isn’t easy too. Wish him well as it’s a very competitive & congested steakhouse market in pattaya nowadays…would think Jan before it opens…👀🤔😉
