Hi Nick & Rudi, Great Video I think Rudi will get it done sounds like a man who is very realistic and logical thinking, the main thing as a project manager is planing and seeing ahead like proper sewage and grease removal, proper electrical planing etc. Dealing with the problems as they come up there is always a solution. I will be arriving in early November I hope to be able to come visit and have a great steak and atmosphere maybe Nick & myself can be your first customers. Keep up the great work Cheers Irish Paul

Rudy knows his stuff. The project and the food vision are huge calls. Looking forward to visiting Dirty Ranch. But really, opening on 1st November? He's got good planning but that's some deadline. No thanks to Thai beef - cheap but tough in my experience. Would rather pay extra for quality Argentinian or Australian.

The thai cattle farmers who are going down the meat produce line. Are seeking Brangus hybrid options..As angus on its own cant take the heat in Thailand. So the mix of the brahman gentics and angus is making a great cut of meat and carcass , with this hybrid the cattle can survive well in the harsh conditions 🙂@NDTViThailand

Thailand has the longest six lane elevated expressway in the world BangNa Expressway 55+ Miles. It just built the largest parliament building in the world Sappaya-Sapasathan at 425, 000 m2 compared to US capital building at 62, 0000 m2 , Bangkok has the highest numbers of flyover in the world at 700+, so Thai's are not only hardworking but they are skilled on par with world standard. Its just that western media never highlights it and want Thailand to be viewed as third world with no skills.
