This shampoo made my hair ROUGH.. and made my hair shed worse than normal. Long healthy strands came out. I had to overly condition my hair to soften it afterwards 👎🏾

Oh yea and it definitely tangled my hair. I noticed it pretty early on and rinsed it out really well and I had to use a ton of conditioner. I conditioned 3 times just to get it back to somewhat normal

Same here. I lost so much hair from this shampoo. I returned it. The conditioner really conditioned my hair, but I noticed it also caused my hair to shed. I was very disappointed in my experience with this hair care line, but it may work well for others.
