Very nice makes. I have been wondering about both of those patterns. Maybe now I'll venture. I did have a misprinted pattern recently. I reached out to the company and got one quick response saying that there was nothing wrong with the piece I sent the picture from, followed by another email with a pdf file if the piece I was missing. Maybe the responses one gets are very dependent on the person reading the emails that day.

@@nylirama yes I had great response before as well. I think that piece fits the 8 to 10 range. Because the pocket and pants all have size markings and the welt doesn't. Maybe I didn't explain it very well in my email . 🤔 I hope others have better luck than I did.😊

I love that top, it fits you so well. I dislike Butterick patterns, I usually have problems with every one that I try. The pants turned out great and they look so comfortable.

The pants are very comfortable but they are too baggy . They certainly don't do anything for me. I'm not a fan of this outfit. But I will probably wear it. 😂

Now I want to try making them and see if I have the same problem. I'll have to look and see if I have that problem. If several of us had the same problem and wrote the company, they would have to look at it more seriously.

I feel like I have been making those pants forever. Even though widening the pattern piece wasn't a big deal. It is just puzzling to me. Although I don't wish the run around on anyone else some validation would be nice😂❤

Hi, just wanted you to know that I am making the Butterick pants currently in size 24, and you are absolutely right. That piece does not fit. I will do as you suggested and cut them to the correct width. Thanks for the help!

@@carri9072 thankfully it is an easy fix. But it is too bad the pattern company won't acknowledge it. I was beginning to feel I was missing something. They are comfortable pants.😊

The top looks great. The pants look great, too, but I would have gotten frustrated and thrown them in the bin. I haven't had good luck with Big 4, so I'm an indie girl.

I can see why. I think you would get more support if you ran into an issue with the pattern from an indie company😊

Anything is possible. You have me thinking. I can't If there is a facing for the back. I'll look into it and get back to you. You can always cut the collar down to 🥰
