Patti LaBelle LIVE in DC

I was going through some of the concerts I taped live and saw this one I did in 2016 of Patti LaBelle performing in DC for the GWUL. I was taking photos at the time but switched to video to capture this special moment in time. Miss Patti put on a show, shoes off and all. She even sold "Patti Pies" to raise funds for the organization on the spot and sold out. Enjoy!

I can't believe Patti is 80 years old. By society's standards she would be considered an elderly woman, but she doesn't come across as elderly. Mature, yes, but not elderly. Some people her age are now in nursing homes, battling Alzheimer's and dementia, but here's Mrs. Patti still wearing her pumps standing on stage doing her thing. And is it just me or does her voice sounds stronger in this video?
