She’s 79. I just saw her in concert this past weekend and she was incredible. Her voice was so strong and clear through the entire concert. She was holding notes like she did back in the day. Absolutely amazing especially at her age!!! And it sounds so much better in person than what you’re getting on video.

First, Patti is Mariah's children's godmother. She has been close to her since they met on an awards show as Mariah was quite ecstatic to be there with the greats. So, this is natural. Now as for Patti; she can still belt but at a point, she goes into head voice now, which is still very strong. And, she took care of her voice, even with her bout with diabetes, she overcame it. 80 In May. LEGEND!!!

Awesome! Patti doesn't use autotune. Old school singers don't believe in that stuff. That's all her natural voice. Now Mariah uses autotune and lip synchs too. Not trying to take anything away from her since she's a legend too, but she's not on the vocal level of Patti. Patti wouldn't fathom using autotune or lip synching a live concert. That's all. Great review.
