Patty and Sausage Roll Recipe | Caribbean Finger Foods | Sherika’s Kitchen

Pastry Dough Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour
1 Stick cold butter (I use salted butter)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Yellow color powder (optional)
Cold Water to combine
Tip: When making pastry if you use cold butter, use cold water. If room temperature butter, room temperature water.
Patty Filling:
Ground Chicken, Beef or Turkey
Powder seasoning of your choice
Onion
Garlic
Season Peppers
Browning
1 tbsp corn starch and enough water to dilute it
Sausage Roll: sausage of your choice
Eggs to wash your pastries
Enjoy
