@teesnorway Thank you for your question. Normally twines are removed. Patz Corporation recommends removing twines prior to loading bales into the mixer.

Always interesting to watch TMR's work. How long do they allow mixing. At one time companies use to say after 3 minutes the mixed feed starts to separate it's self.

Thank you for your comment Jeff. Yes, this video was filmed with twine and plastic in the mix. We recommend not having those items go in the mixer, but it is a matter of preference. We did not ask the farmer to change how they mixed their ration for the video.
